RICH ZAOは、膨らみのあるウールとカチオンポリエステルをブレンドした紡毛糸になります。ウール60%の内、45%を20.5μのラムブレンド、15%を膨らみのある18.5μでブレンドすることにより、糸染めが可能になり、風合いが損なわれないため、従来の紡毛糸では表現出来なかった単色、自由なTOP風色の表現が可能になります。また、バルキー糸のような軽さとイージーケア性に優れていることが特徴になります。別注色は１色３㎏から染色可能になります。３番手の展開になりますので、幅広い商品企画に対応出来ます。RICH ZAO 1/14Nm.の染糸は斜行や糸切れの発生がありません。

RICH ZAO is a yarn made from a blend of bulging wool and cationic dyed polyester. By blending 45% of 60% wool with 20.5μ lamb blend and 15% with bulging 18.5μ, yarn dyeing is possible and the texture is not impaired, so it can be expressed with conventional yarn. It is possible to express a single color that was not available, and a free TOP-like color. In addition, it is characterized by its lightness like bulky yarn and excellent easy care. Custom colors can be dyed from 3 kg per color. Since there are 3 types of counts available, we can handle a wide range of product planning. RICH ZAO 1/14 Nm. Dyed yarn does not cause skewing or yarn breakage.
